A cardiology consultation provides a comprehensive assessment of heart symptoms and cardiovascular risk. Your history and medications are carefully reviewed, followed by a detailed cardiovascular examination and an electrocardiogram (ECG). When appropriate, further investigations such as echocardiography, exercise stress testing or rhythm monitoring are arranged. Results are explained clearly, with an evidence-based management plan covering lifestyle measures, medications and follow-up.
